NCT first started as a freight forwarding company back in 1983 and incorporated as a private limited company in 1990, since then, NCT upgraded as International Intergrated Logistics service provider in the year 2000. NCT headquatered in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia and expanded the branches in Tawau, Sandakan, Lahad Datu, Labuan, Kuching, Sarawak. NCT offers logistics solutions ranging from freight forwarding, air and sea freight, container haulage, warehouse and distribution, container depot and storage yard, marine, oil and gas project and scheduled waste management.

NCT subsidiaries involved in property development, asset management, leasing, import and export, and investment businesses.

NCT is Custom Agent certificate of registration with the Ministry of Finance under section 90 Custom Act 1967. NCT obtained Petronas license with Standardised Work and Equipment Category codes. NCT has increased the authorised and paid up capital on 1st of January 2011 from RM 5 million.
